Our process is fast and simple: 


1. Apply

Submit your application and documents for your loan proposal.


2. Valuation and Underwriting

Once you approve the terms, we order broker price opinion (BPO) and/or appraisals. We also review your documents and financial history.


3. Approval

Once value comes back and we can confirm that everything looks good, we approve the loan and send your customized, final terms. This is when you will lock in your rate and the document is prepped for closing.


4. Closing

You will head to your closing agent to sign your documents. We will fund the loan once insurance, title, and all other requests are confirmed.


5. Rehab

Now the fun begins - construction on your new property! You have the option of having your general contractor front some of the labor and materials or use your reserves to start the work. Once the project is completed, you will need to send in your lien waivers and invoices. We will send out an inspector, and once completed, your reimbursement is wired directly to your account.


6. Sell

Finally, the money maker. You finish construction and repay the loan at the sale of your project. Collect your profit, then do it all over again!
