The amount of money needed to fund the ongoing operations or future development of a business or project that is not currently provided by cash, equity or debt.
How do I apply this to real estate investing?
If you are short on holding costs, origination, or interest payments we are able to lend you the cash needed to begin your project. That means if you have the experience and the deal is good there is no reason why you can't do the deal.
What are the terms?
We take pride on being able to provide dynamic funding options for our investors. The terms depend on your experience level and risk of your project. Typically rates are 4pts + 15%, can be paid after sale.
*Ridgeway Lending may broker your loan to other private, institutional, or investment funds. Borrowers will be given notice prior to closing on where their funds are coming from.
